- 1 cup of flour (plain, wholemeal or multigrain)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Enough water to make a doughy consistency
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil

- Sift flour into a small bowl and add the salt.
- Pour a little bit of water into the mixture and cut through it with a butter knife.
- Add more water if necessary until dough sticks together and moves away from the walls of the bowl.
- Sprinkle some flour onto a clean surface and knead the dough (adding more flour if necessary) until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat, add olive oil.
- When the oil is no longer thick, add the circle of dough to it.
- Wait 30 seconds and then flip it. Keep flipping it over until the dough hardens and becomes golden brown.

- Alternatively, create little dough circles and cook them individually.

- Serve with nut butter (like Nuttelex) and your favourite topping - Craft peanut butter, Vegemite, etc.]]>

- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/8 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 orange, rind finely grated

- Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Add olive oil and milk and whisk until just combined.
- Gently fold in orange zest.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan, until hot.
- Pour desired amount of mixture into pan and cook until little bubbles appear on the top.
- Flip pancake and repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or some nut butter (like Nuttelex).]]>

- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons nut butter (like Nuttelex)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups of oats
- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts (pecans, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup of dried goji berries
- 2 tablespoons black or white chia seeds

- Set oven to 120 degrees Celsius (100 fan forced)
- Mix maple syrup, coconut oil and nut butter together in a saucepan.
- Add cocoa and cinnamon and bring to the boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce becomes thick.
- Add vanilla extract and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds and coconut together.
- Add chocolate mix to oat mix and thoroughly combine.
- Spread the granola onto one or two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake for 30-45 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.
- When the granola is cooked, remove from the oven and cool for 21 minutes.
- Once it is cool, add the goji berries and chia seeds and store in an air tight container.
- Will last up to one month in the refrigerator.]]>

- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, salt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of pumpkin, raw
- 1/2 of a very ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (like Nuttelex)
- 1-2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons mixed nuts (pecans, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, etc.)

- 1-2 tablespoons mixed dried fruit (sultanas, apricots, raisins, etc.)

- In a bowl, stir dry ingredients until combined.
- Add the milk and stir thoroughly.
- In a separate small bowl, add wet ingredients and mash until creamy (or use a food processor).
- Cover bowl with paper towel and put it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, toast the mixed nuts and coconut in a dry frying pan over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
- Serve oat and pumpkin mixture topped with mixed nuts, desiccated coconut and mixed dried fruit.]]>
