- 4 cups almonds (soaked 8 hours)
- 4 cups mineral water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Rinse almonds and drain.
- Place 2 cups of the almonds and 2 cups of water in a blender.
- Strain mixture through a cloth.
- Repeat (the nut meat can be saved for other dishes, and stored for 24 hours)
- Combine almond milk with vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon in a blender gently.
- Keep in the fridge.
