- 1/2 a cup of crunchy peanut butter (the Aldi brand is suitable for vegans!)
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
- 3/4 cup of vegetable stock or water + 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander, chopped roughly

Method:
- Combine peanut butter, sauce and stock in a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- Serve over stir-fry or as a dipping sauce.]]>

- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini

Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.
